Itzhak Perlman to receive US Presidential Medal of Freedom

Famous violinist will be the fourth Israeli to be awarded America’s highest civilian honor; he will receive the medal from President Obama next week alongside film director Steven Spielberg, singer and actress Barbra Streisand and others.
