Anya and Alex adopted their son Matthew in 1986, and Matthew was the bright light of her life. They relocated to Calgary for Alex’s work, where, as an older mom, Anya devoted her time to her family.
She loved her time travelling, and one of her most memorable trips was to Hawaii. Anya cherished her travels to Kitchener, the US and India, where she connected with her Kriya yoga spiritual family.
